We are committed to maintaining a safe platform free from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This document outlines our comprehensive standards, policies, and procedures to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE content and behavior on our platform.
Fitafy maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers children. This commitment extends to all users, employees, contractors, and third-party partners associated with our platform.
2. Definitions
Child: Any individual under the age of 18, regardless of the age of majority in any particular jurisdiction.
CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Any visual depiction, including photographs, videos, digital or computer-generated images, that involves a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, or any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of a child.
CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation): Any form of sexual abuse or exploitation involving a minor, including but not limited to the creation, distribution, or possession of CSAM; online grooming; solicitation of minors for sexual purposes; sextortion; and any conduct that facilitates or promotes such activities.
Grooming: The process by which an individual builds trust and emotional connection with a minor for the purposes of sexual exploitation or abuse.

- Date of birth is collected and validated at sign-up, and users declaring an age below 18 are prevented from creating an account.
- Accounts suspected of belonging to individuals under 18 are immediately suspended and investigated.
- We continuously evaluate and adopt enhanced age verification technologies as they become available and industry standards evolve.
