: Fitafy is for everyone! We welcome Fitafy community members who enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle - In whichever way that manifests for you! Our community is full of supportive members who are on different stages of their healthy lifestyle journey; from runners, swimmers, cyclists, yoga enthusiasts, crossfitters, bodybuilders, competitive sports to those who simply enjoy a coast walk! We also cater for community members based on their dietary interests, whether they are vegan, vegetarian, macro trackers, paleo, intermittent fasters or keto.

We are committed to providing a safe platform for all of our LGBTQ+ and heterosexual community members.
: You can download Fitafy in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We are iOS and Android friendly.
: Our core features, like matching and messaging will always be free. We have a few optional features to raise your game to find your perfect fit. You can learn more about those paid features on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
: Fitafy is free to use and always will be. If you wish to access extra features, you can become a Fitafy Premium Member.

Fitafy Premium Member Benefits include:

Access to unlimited swipes.

Access unlimited advanced filters.

Access to your who likes you page.

Travel mode which allows you to change your location to another city within Australia.

Unlimited rewinds to undo left swipes.

Swipe a user to show that you are really interested in them. Five per day.

Show your profile at the top of the swipe cue to be viewable by more people instantly. Once per month.

Limit what others see on your profile.
: Download Fitafy, and you will be able to create a profile using your mobile phone number, Apple or Facebook login. Follow the easy on boarding process and join the Fitafy community!
: To allow Fitafy to match you with users, you will need to grant Fitafy location permissions while the app is in use or always. This allows us to provide you Fitafy community members who are within your selected location criteria.

Please note, if you choose never, you will not be able to make any new matches. You will be able to correspond with existing matches, but in order to be seen or swipe on anyone new, you’ll need to reactivate Location Services.
: Once you have registered to become a part of the Fitafy community, you will see others searching for their perfect fit. Tap the like button, or swipe right on their profile if you think they are suitable for you. If not, tap the pass button, or swipe left on their profile.

If someone likes you back, you will both be notified you are a perfect fit and can speak instantly!
: Yes you can if you are a Fitafy Premium Member. All you will need to do is use the rewind button located on the bottom left hand side of your Swipe screen.
: This is likely because we have introduced a new feature to automatically relax your set filters to give you the ability to see users who are just outside of your preferences.

However, if you prefer to never see anyone outside of your preferences, you can simply set your preference via the toggle switch in your "Who Likes You" page.
: Patience! Our Fitafy community receives millions of swipes per month. If you are finding you are not seeing any users, please consider relaxing your filters to see users just outside of your search criteria.
: You can get in touch with our team for technical support and general questions via support@fitafy.com.
: If you would like to cancel your Fitafy subscription through iTunes, follow these steps:
1. Go to your phone Settings.
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Media & Purchases.
4. Tap View Account. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
5. Tap Subscriptions.
6. Tap the subscription that you want to manage (Fitafy). Note: If you don’t see a Fitafy subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.
7. Use the options to manage your subscription.
8. Tap Cancel Subscription. Note: When you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
: If you would like to cancel your Fitafy subscription through Google Play, follow these steps:

1. Open Google Play store
2. Go to "Account" under the Play store menu
3. Tap on "Subscriptions" and you will see your active app subscriptions.
4. Tap on your Fitafy subscription and then click "Cancel"
